The Pensero team contacted us with a clear need: to present their SaaS with a more attractive, dynamic website capable of conveying the real value of the product. The company was in conversations with investors and needed a professional, coherent and visually powerful site that could support their growth narrative.
The delivery deadline was extremely tight—practically immediate—and the process had to be coordinated with their entire team: marketing, design and the two founders. The priority was to align criteria, move forward without friction and ensure a solid outcome in just a few days.
The problem
The existing website did not match the ambition of the product. Pensero needed a modern, lively interface capable of explaining their value proposition in seconds, but the current version was too static, not very engaging, and lacked the interaction required to communicate the platform’s innovative essence. While the internal team knew exactly what they wanted to express, they lacked the time, structure and resources to iterate at the speed required.
The challenge was twofold: on one side, adapt the narrative, design and content so the product could be presented clearly and convincingly to potential investors; on the other, coordinate marketing, design and engineering without adding friction or slowing down the process. Every decision had to be made quickly and precisely, avoiding long validation cycles and maintaining message coherence.
Our approach
Our priority was to structure a clear and stable process. For several days, we assigned two people exclusively to the project, creating a direct collaboration channel with Pensero’s team. We held multiple live working sessions with screen sharing to make decisions quickly and apply changes on the spot, avoiding slow feedback cycles.
We spent several sessions exploring animations across the pages until focusing on the hero—the element with the most complex interaction. We evolved it from a static polygon to an interactive object with real physics, built with Framer Motion, which users can drag, speed up or reverse. In one of the live collaboration sessions with the client, we refined the inertia, speed and behaviour on mobile devices together. Upon seeing the final version of the interaction, the CEO reacted immediately: “Great work, this is too cool not to share with the world!”
Our working method allowed us to integrate design decisions, accessibility, motion and copywriting into a single conversation, drastically reducing validation time. Each change was applied, tested and refined live.
The solution
Pensero’s new website was not just a visual update. It was a complete reconstruction of the narrative flow and experience.
